Relora is the result of screening over 50 plant fractions from traditional plant medicines used around the world to treat stress and help relieve stress-related eating. Relora has excellent stress-management properties without causing unwanted sedation or drowsiness. It is thought to help normalize hormone levels associated with stress-induced weight gain and eating habits. Separately, phellodendron contains compounds that seem to exhibit anti-inflammatory and positive cardiovascular effects.
